Plotting a graph using HH:MM:SS values

I need help in plotting a graph using time values.

A single line appears at the bottom of the graph, what am i doing wrong?

did you check your format for you time values - they are text, change them to actual values then you will see the change in your graph

in cell a23 type this, then format the field to the look you want.
=VALUE(B10) then format it to a time field

repeat for all of your values. ( :
