Query help

Hi,

I am new here and I need help with a query. We cannot run queries in production environments therefore I want to use excel to calculate any hours over 40 for certain employees.

Basically, I have a spreadsheet with reg time, OT time, Vacation and total.

I need to be able to identify an hours over 40 that full in the Reg row only. Right now the column range I am looking at is I12:I5288.

Thank you in advance
J

Sorry about entering this under the wrong topic. I was trying to do this quickly and entered it there in error.

Thank you for moving it.

Hi

More info required.
What do you mean by 'Identify' , ie highlight cell (conditional format!) or popup message (perhaps data validation!) or other (macro!) !!??
Is Reg time in a row or cloumn ( I assume in column I) ??
