Ignore Duplicate Data

I have a spreadsheet listing empid and shifts/dates worked. I need to insert missing dates. The first stumbling block was duplicate dates - some emps work 2 shifts in the same day . I resolved this issue but in moving to the second person/iteration the wrong dates are inserted. I think it has to do with resetting the variables but I CAN NOT figure out how/where to do this.

I have been working on this one last thing for DAYS and I have run out of patience with it. Any help would be appreciated more than you could possibly imagine!

I've attached the spreadsheet with the macro to hopefully give a better picture of what I'm trying to do.
