Hello - Pls help

Step 1. A = master file
Step 2. Circle = command button to create snapshot
Step 3. by pressing the circle it opens a different workbook and creates a new worksheet based on info from worksheet A
Step 4. the new worksheet is a copy paste special as a jpeg ( to ensure no links are copied and so that no data can be manipulated
Step 5. Square button is a command button that automatically appears on all worksheets in work book A
The command button will print the worksheet and adhere to my predetermined printer settings

How can I get this done?
