Red face Remove shading when printing

Good morning,

I am using Excel 2007 and need assistance in solving a bit of an annoyance when work is faxed in to me. The depts when FAXing in there Excel spreadsheets they have Shading in certain areas that come out just black when it is faxed in. I understand they need the shading on their end for some reason, but how can I help them in coding it to remove all shading temporarily while they print the sheets out to fax, but then reinstates the shading as if nothing ever happened? If you could help me out with some simple basic coding to do this I would greatly appreciate it.

Bud
Have a nice day

The solution is pretty simple. Tell them to go to print setup, then to the "Sheet' tab and put a checkmark beside "DRFT QUALITY" option. That will remove all the shading. Hope this helps
