Excel Editor

Several years ago I found an editor in Excel (XML??) that provided information about every worksheet and chart in the the current workbook. I used this editor to do a find an replace on the series defintion of all charts so that I could easily change teh range af all charts at once. I'm looking for this tool now (office 2007 & 2010) but can't find it. Does this make sense to anyone? Does anyone know which toll that I'm talking about?
