Create multiple pivot tables from data in one column

Thank you all for your help.

I am trying to automate the process of creating separate pivot tables from each of the sets of data on the attached file. The issues I have are assigning the column headings (which are only in row 1) to each of the sets. The other issue is that the data for each set (i.e., the colors and the number of them) will be different each time I run the report.

Any suggestions for the steps I need to take to automate this process as much as possible.
