Password OBDC in Excell

Have an excell worksheet which is picking up a table in a database used ODBC. Want to be able to share the worksheet with colleagues but can't give them the password in the dialog box. Have tried recording the macro with all the steps including putting in the password but to no avail.

Is there a way that I can achieve this?
