countif in combination with pivot table

Hello all,

The inputsheet I use, has all sorts of amount, also negative amounts and small amounts. It is about 600 rows. I want a pivottable which count only the cells with an amount above 5000. In notmal formulas you have the countif option, but the pivot table only has count.
I cannot change the input sheet, cause the input is also used by other pivottables.
Please some advice...

Thanx,

Michel

It's not necessary to post multiple times.

Hullo! Build the table, with the fields where you want them. Then, after the table is built, open the Wizard, and double-click on the field you wish to limit. You can then select values to hide. That should get you close.

HTH :-)
