I'm encountering a very strange bug with the page fields on some excel 2002 pivot tables.

Say there are 10 page fields on a spreadsheet. If I try to pull down the 8th field, for example, actually the data for the 9th page field shows up. The 8th field still stays in the list of page fields, so it's as if the labels on the two fields are reversed. If I try to pull down #9, I get the data for #8. If I try to pull down both #8 and #9, excel crashes. Usually all of the other fields on the page do not have this problem. I can't predict which fields this will happen to, which is very frustrating.

Any ideas on why this is happening would be greatly appreciated!
