Spreadsheet is already open

Hi Folks,

There is a bit of ado behind it poulating a drop down from a recordset.

Keep getting this error msg:

xyz.xls is already open. Reopening will cause any changes to be discarded. Do you want to reopen xyz.xls.

Keep getting this error when opening an excel spreadsheet I have designed. Not sure why I'm getting this as the spreadsheet was defo closed when I open it.

Any Ideas....
