I have a list of Values that resemble something like this

Unfortunatly data input error has added a O where the 0 should be.

Ex. WPOCA2993IS652145

Can I use a Concatenate to change this or eliminate it so I can do Vlookups or some other type of search with it?

I am using a MID function to get rid of the WPO but when I copy the formula down, it shrinks the cell above it?
