Amount of data returned from Access to Excel with SQL.REQUEST

I want 12000 records (10 fields each) to be imported from several linked access tables into Excel.

It works fine with SQL.REQUEST in an array in Excel, but seems to be limited to about 400 records (4000 fields in total). If I retrieve less fields per record, the number of records I can retrieve raises accordingly.

Another thread on this site discussed this for Oracle too, but there wasn't a solution presented, so this is a real challenge for EXPERTS !

Any help would be greatly appreciated !
