Question Before save in personal macro

Hi,

I usually help people in the Access database forums but I need help now..

I am trying to find code that enables a module written in the 'personal macro' space to do an event on ANY open workbook before it is saved.

Basically theres a number of worksheets that are confidential, and we want to create a list in a txt file of who saved the workbooks last and when.

Any takers to try and help me ???

Thanx in advance

Ken

PS I know I can do this under the workbook function of each individual sheet. But we'd like it to be centralised, so that if new books are created they'd be included.

Solved it

I have solved the problem..

I have effectivily written code that initiates when Excel opens, and can trap all events.

If anyone needs the code, PM me.

Regards

Ken.
