Question Conditional Statement

I am trying to enter a conditional statement that says if the number in the cell is less than zero, then the cell equals zero. I have searched on google for this information and I have tried to enter the formulas it is providing and I am still unable to produce the results I want. HELP!!!

There are several answers depending on what, specifically, you're trying to do. For example:

If you enter -75 in cell A1, do you want cell A1 to become zero, or still be -75 but display zero? Or perhaps you want -75 in cell A1 to be zero in cell B1, or something like that?
