Help needed with IF statement

Hi,

I have two columns (A & B), if column A contains any numbers then I want column B to display 'Yes' and if column A is empty then I would like column B to display 'No'

Try this

=IF(ISBLANK(A),"no","yes")

Replace the A with the first cell in column A then copy the forumla down

Hope this does the job ;o)
