Question Excell - reorganize - Links Path

Hello,

I need to reorganize my drive of work because of the continuous increase of data. The general idea is to create 4 initial folders where I can reorganize the existing drive, The problem is that all my files are linked to another files and since I have thousands of files and millions of links I'm afraid of break the links since the path will change. I know that if I change the source documents while the output documents are open the excel update automatically the links but since I have a lot of data is not a reasonable solution.

Does anyone knows another way to update the links path automatically

Best Regards

Hi
An alternative possibility would be to use the Edit -> Links -> ChangeSource menue option to point at the same file(s) in it's new lockation after the reorganisation (if this is feasible).
