dbf merge

Hi. I have two dbf file roughly 150mb each, with mostly the same data save for maybe 200-300 records (POS migration gone bad). what is the easiest (free) way to merge the two files?
I know my around MySql pretty good if that helps...

I believe that both files can be opened in the sql 2005 in recovery program and merged into a single database. The primary function of Recovery Toolbox for SQL Server is the recovery of damaged databases, but the required operation is possible, too
