Hello all.. I'm new here and I wasn't able to find this answer using the search...


For some reason the only thing I see when I right click on the "Database Mail" option is "refresh". I'm logging into the server as an administrator and I am set as a sysadm for the database.

I've enable Database Mail using the Surface Area connection and the broker is on as well.

I have this running on one machine(virtual) but cannot get it to run on a physical machine.

Any ideas why this would be occurring? Is there anything else I need to enable?

If u r able to see only refresh that u lack permission , r u able to create a profile ?
