in production environment . it is rare to recreate the table structure caz some one's leg is stuck in it some where any where through out the office .

what we can do is to step by step eliminate the reasons and optimize the approach to the max . 80/20 is the rule i follow in oracle .

and my dear friend flump. I pray always to be proven wrong , so i can learn more by my mistakes . that referenced page is a general idea among many theories exsist in sqlserver world .
