SQL 2005 : Make Active/Passive Cluster to Active/Active

Hello Guys

I have a SQL 2005 cluster which is working ACTIVE/PASIVE named CLUSTER-A, since the hardware is sitting there i would like to make new instance named CLUSTER-B and make it ACTIVE/ACTIVE

IT group gave already the new virtual Server HOSTNAME, and the IP Address for it.

What else i need? What are the considerations? What recommendations pre-install / post-install?

Thanks !!
