basically i am a .Net Developer now i want to shift to as "SQL DEVELOPER"
how my carrear growth will be.

Are you sure you're a .Net developer already? Is it your conclusion or somebody told you that?

Why wouldn't he be a .Net developer? They're practically a dime-a-dozen, aren't they?
Besides, he did qualify it with "basically".
As a SQL Developer you will be doing database schema design, sql coding, lots of data migrations, and certainly some admin as well.
