Error accessing the site

Dear all,

Getting error while accessing my site "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.." How can I fix this issue? currently I am fixing this issue by restarting the site hosted server, please note that db and site are in different servers.. But only site hosted server needs to be restarted in order to solve this issue.. Please let me know a permanent fix..
