Exclamation Pricing matrix in a database

Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum and hope to be able to contribute. I have a problem of my own however.

I have four tables, three are original and the fourth I just created. I have the three original tables joined and am able to extract any information I need.

Based on the "Customer ID" and "Material Class" I get from the three tables I need to look at the fourth table and extract a numerical value. I have the "Customer ID" as a column (this is unique) and for the rest I have a different column for each material class.

I have attached a screen shot of the tables I'm working with. If anyone has any idea how I could setup the "PriceMatrix" table so I can located that numerical value using the "Customer ID" and "Class" fields please help! I'm at a loss right now.
