installation of SQL Express 2005 on windows 7

Hi,

I have VS 2008 express installed on my windows 7(32 bit) system.Then I installed SQL express 2005 followed by SQL 2005 SP3 upgrade.
the problem is I am not able to find the option to create a new database in SQL server.

can anyone tell where could I find the option.
