Question Sending database to another person/computer

Hi there everyone. I have just finished my university coursework due in for this week. What I want to do is send the database electronically over the web, sorry if this sounds stupid but is this possible? I'd also be sending over the database with query files. Could someone please tell me how to do this, and in the simplest way possible? I am very new to databases. I have tables, a diagram and a few rows of data in each table.

Thanks!

Yes, that's possible. Have they told you what format they want to recieve it in?

Most places like to receive a backup of the database. You can take a backup either through SQL Management studio, or from the query window. Microsoft's instructions on how to do it are pretty good - How to: Back Up a Database (SQL Server Management Studio)
