Finding all the SQL for a particular Session

Hi,
I would like to be able to do this:
1. open a SQL server session.
2. Set up something so that any SQL I fire which changes anything (add rows to a table etc) is recored.
3. Export this SQL to a file and save it.

How would I do this?

Thanks a mill

PS
Your patience is appreciated.
