Question The question about System Catalog

Dear users, hi
Change the "system catalogs", by what rules? (DML or DDL)
(Exactly System Catalog, Not describe the database objects)

If you mean what causes the system catalog tables and views to change, then the answer is that the SQL Server system itself makes those changes. When you create a new table, view, procedure, etc. the system will update the system catalog tables appropriately.
