Exclamation ADSI query to Active Directory

Hi,
When I run this query in SQL Server 2000:

select convert(varchar(50), [Name]) as FullName,
convert(varchar(50), Title) as Title,
convert(varchar(50), TelephoneNumber) as PhoneNumber
from openquery(ADSI,
'select Name, Title, TelephoneNumber
from ''LDAP://DC=test,DC=local''
where objectClass = ''User''')

I get the next error:
Could not get the data of the row from the OLE DB provider 'ADsDSOObject'. Could not convert the data value due to reasons other than sign mismatch or overflow.

Does anybody know what's happening and how to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance.
Francisco
