We build medical data marts and a few datawarehouses.
We run primarily SQL Serverbut alos use Sybase and Oracle.
We have built our own OLAP tool.
Cognos is our front end reporting tool.

I need to select an ETL tool. Any opinions or good places to start my search.

Is DTS not robust enough to handle this application ?

I would look at Informatica, DataJunction, DecisionStream or DataStage.

Even i prefer, DTS of SQL Server.
Other tools like Ascential DataStage, etc., are very costlier.
But still you need to look your requirement and data size.
