an error occurred during the move data process: -132

When I attempt to do an upgrade for SQL Server Anlaysis
Services from 2000 no sp to 2000 sp2 I get the following
error:

an error occurred during the move data process: -132

Any ideas? I've tried stopping Anti-virus, terminal
services and other similar services...
