mySQL Exporting problem

Hey.

I have a problem when exporting a mySQL database. It says that 30 seconds time limit exceeded. I know that i have some time limit setupd in php.ini but i don't have a permission to that file (i use webhosting).

My server is setupd on WindowsNT server.

Does anyone know any script or something that could export my database?
