I am really new at this so I need a little help to get up and running. Not sure that this is the right place to post this thread. Really sorry if it is not.
My OS is Linux - Slackware 9.1.0.
1. The whole idea is that I need some graphical intereface while I am studying(practicing) MySQL instead of working in the console. I am not sure but I think it is called front-end app of MySQL for Linux. If someone knows such app please let me know. btw I can't afford commercial solution.
2. As for OO(v1.1.1) I found out that I need an ODBC driver or such to make OO "understand" MySQL tables. I would like to know which driver I need and where to get it from. Also how to install it.
