I installed SQLEVAL unto my computer and ran TU2004 which optimized my computer and cleaned it. Yet when I stopped it.. this Run As box appears and I lost my adminstrator control over my computer.. I tried uninstalling SQL but even uninstalled its still there now when I want to reinstall it wont let me. I basically cant do anything online either such as running any online games.. nor uninstalling/installing any new programs. I cant start a system restore either.. Im at some stand still for this is a new problem to me and I dont know how to handle it.
