I really need to at least get the data out of MYD and or MYI that I have left. I cannot access it using GUI browser or at the command prompt, it shows nothing ie. Mysql> show tables says zero tables. I think it has something to do with .frm files that are missing. How can I rebuild it or at least pull out the data so we can put it back in on other main database.

I will need example because I am fairly new to MYSL.
