using PHPMySQL_Admin to import files
I currently am using phpmysql_admin to manage my database. I have an excel spread sheet that contains all the items I want to put into my database. How do I do this by importing everything vs entering each line item manually one by one. It is easy to export, but I can't figure out how to import.
