Thumbs up Difference between MYISAM and InnoDB

Hai all,

We have been using MySQL with MYISAM tables for a while with out any problem. But right now we need features like transactions, Foreign keys etc..So i thought of moving to InnoDB tables. But, many people started to raise the question that using InnoDB will slow down MySQL Server. So i am really confused now. Can any body shed some light about the difference between MYISAM and InnoDB in MySQL.

Thnks in advance
