MD5 Utility from Fourmillab

I downloaded MYSQL binary and want to verify it. I downloaded MD5 utility from fourmillab site. Though I am able to invoke the utility but it does not seem to be working e.g whether I type in correct comand or incorrect comannd, the control simply goes to next line. I am on Windows 98 2nd edition. Do I need something extra on my PC?
