Exclamation Urgent help .myd help

Hello everybody

I have a problem. I see this fild called '#sql6e8_2f52_0.MYD' in my tmp folder on my apache server. which got so huge since yesterday. The size rite now is above 64 GB. It was never like this and this is causing alot of problems for me

Can somebody tell me how it got so big and how to fix it?.. how can i view whats in that .myd?.. i dont even know what .myd is.

I would really appriciate a quick response.

It's a temporary table
May be you have a bad query that requiere mysql to create a tmp table check your mysql status and configuration.

yes you r rite omiossec

All i had to do is.. shut my mysql server down and start it again.

and everything came back to normal
