Foreign key

I have mysgl 3.23.47 max-debug and i can't create foreign keys, i use InnoDb, what is going wrong?

In mysql, dos the error code is 150, i read that maybe the syntax of sql is faulty but even if i make the syntax of www.mysql.com the error exist, also i tried with toad and sqlyog whith no success!

The problem is that you do you have a problem with your index
Both key and foreign key must be indexed.
