How to run SQL
I am getting this error maeesage when i try to run SQL

[oracle@Harrison oracle]$ sqlplus system/manager
Error 6 initializing SQL*Plus
Message file sp1<lang>.msb not found
SP2-0750: You may need to set ORACLE_HOME to your Oracle software directory

any suggestions..????

Nope but posting it in a general database forum, or an oracle one might get you help. This forum is specific to mysql questions only.
