How do you compare the data in two tables

I have two tables and I want to find out if:

1. There are missing rows in any of the tables
2. If the rows that are present in both tables contain absolutely the same data

Any suggestions for a short way to do this?

Thank you!

wow, this must be a homework question, because we answered it just last week

1. full outer join, test key fields for nulls
2. equi-join

that's as much of a hint as i will give you
