I am needing to convert data base paradox for mysql, somebody knows a software free or shareweare good to make this?

Check out the Migration Toolkit. It's a little bit buggy, but definitely a great solution. You may be able to import a Paradox database to one supported by the toolkit, or perhaps find someone who has written an extension for the toolkit to support your database.
