How to get data periodicaly from MS SQL

Hi,
I try to get data from MS SQL server in to my My SQL analitical database.
I wish to refresh my database every day at night.
What protocol or technique shoul I use ? All what I know right now is that mobile apps use Adaptive Server Anywhere to synchronise the data I need.
