I am designing a database which will be used online bookings for holiday homes. I have designed a draft model and would appreciate any comments/suggestions on the model. (see attached)

Basically the model is going to be used by a number of different sites, all with slightly different specs. Mainly the sites will have details of only one home but I want the database to be able to handle multiple homes on one site.

I will probably have a few more questions later but for the time being i am interested in.

1. Will the model I provided work?
2. Have I used correct data types for the fields.
3. Any other suggestions
