i am migrating an access db to mysql. i loaded the access db, fixed it, and migrated it. i tried to compress the db folder and email it. it went through, but i can't open the tables. i read one post that said you need to reset the permissions, but i am logged on as the root user. any help would be much appreciated.

dump the database to a file, send the file, import the file in the new location.
