FRM files

How can I import frm files on MYSQL database on windows. I do not know how to set them up so as to create the necessary tables on my database
Can any one help me.

Importing frm files

I have coppied and past but there is nothing on my database. It does not show anything.

Apache/MYSQL/PHP

I have deleted the whole installations. I am starting again. I cannot get appache2 to work with PHP5. Is it not compatible? Can anyone explain to me. And Can I install Lattest MYSQL with the two as well.
