Importing SQL

Whats the best way to import SQL from a .sql file....

the file is 270mb in size so too big for phpMyAdmin...

Any ideas?

This question has been answered numerous times in these forums. A bunch of times by me, and I'm sure many, many more times before that. Try searching (or reading the docs) before you ask a question.
