mysql starting error

i am using Xampp for "PHP + MYSQL + APACHE"

whenever i try to start mysql at CMD following error occured (please see pic.)

how can i solve this problem ??????????????

Open C:\Program Files\my.ini and see whats the user and pass.

Very sorry - its in C:\Windows or C:\WINNT depending on your version of Windows.

are you sure file name is my.ini ?????

ther is no file called my.ini in PC too

I've been using MySQL for the last 1.5 yrs - so far all its version required a my.ini in C:\Windows.
Why dont you uninstall Xampp and install Apache, MySQL, PHP ?

if you say me how i can install "PHP,APACHE,MYSQL" why not?

because i am new i do not know its configuration
