How do I set up a store prcedure schedule to run automatically

Hi All !!!, need some advise

I have just installed mysql 5.0, and I need to set up a store procedure and schedule to run it automatically (daily), the procedure must connect two differente sources, the target db is mysql, and have it update, I'm thinking in mysql migration toolkit but I don't know if I'm in the correct way....
